Indian Food - What Makes Indian Cooking Indian?

Lamb is often considered a special occasion meat and a lot of people don't know what wine to serve with lamb. Depending on how you have prepared it, different types of wine are best suited to your lamb. I used about 2 lbs of chicken (bone-in simply because that is all I had) with an onion and a bit of red pepper, plus some chicken broth and spices. Cooked perfectly in 15 minutes.
