Taco Bell Cantina Chicken Taco Diet Review

Crock pots are the new American idols. Healthy slow cooker recipes are stealing the limelight from the regularly prepared meals. Sorry, microwaves and non-stick pans.

On my visit, I was fortunate to catch the happy hour/late-night-bites, menu and ordered from the chef's grill. I stuck with the tacos. They were not only environmentally-conscious, local-ingredient-filled, but more so, delicious. I know my tacos. I had two slow cooker tacos and one chef's choice of meat, which happened to be pork. I loved the idea of locally farmed ingredients, and surprise me with choice of meat option. The flavor did not disappoint.

The second reason I wanted to make my own recipe is that I do not eat red meat. Most picnics and other large gatherings usually serve hamburgers, hot dogs, or ham as the main course, so I needed something to eat. Enter - a taco chicken Salad!

First thing, before you start driving for the day, put the pot roast in the slow cooker chicken taco, fill half way with water,add the package of Lipton Soup Mix and turn on high. Let this cook for approximately 5 hours.

Tear or cut cooked chicken into bite size pcs. Combine Chicken with chicken taco joke ingredients except mayo. Add mayo after all other ingredients are combined. Chill before serving.
